Native acces wont activate any of my licenses

After a hardware crash I have just reinstalled all my software on a new machine, Windows 11. I'm trying to activate the Komplete 15 Ultimate software. The Native Access version is 3.20.1

Native Access correctly recognize which products I have a license for and all is downloaded.

However, no licenses will be activaterd when I attempt to do so. The plugins and apps pop up the "Demo/Buy/Activate" question, and I select "Activate via Native Access", but it appear nothing becomes activated. It's an endless loop, and no error messages.

Am I doing something wrong? This is only the second series of activations for this software. Very grateful for any help or insight you might provide!

Native Access takes what it sees in your master NI Account and acts accordingly.

You need to login to your NI account and check the status of all your products.

If they are in fact - good to go out there - you will see everything listed under Registered Products.

If they are not good to go - they will appear under Unregistered products. If this is the case - you will need to determine why - and that may involved contacting NI support.
