Maschine JAM/MK3 templates for Ableton 12

Hello,

I've been trying to load the ableton templates for the JAM and the MK3, and I've been following the instructions in the article:

When,

in Controller Editor, I menu dive to try and find the .ncmst template file, I find this:

This results in me not being able to use the Jam as a control surface in ableton

Any ideas? Is this because my mac is an i9?

what you will find with some scripts & the Maschine Jam in particular…

is they sometimes require exclusive access to the controller which locks other applications out, preventing it from being a shared midi mode device… you can however manually change the profile in the controller editor… but that becomes a bit tedious….

which is one of the reasons, i dont use the ableton scripts…
