I installed chamber strings from Spitfire Audio and entered the serial code in Native Access.
Normally, “Install” or ‘Locate’ should be displayed for that product, but “Add product” is displayed instead.
Why is that?
Also, when I click “Add product,” a folder selection screen appears, but if I want to move it to an external SSD, should I specify it at this point? An error is displayed even when I select the SSD.
