Hey, i got a little Problem here.
I ordered Symphobia 1 and Symphobia 4: Pandora Core at the beginning of the week. I got the Orderconfirmation for both, but only the invoice, serial, dwonload and so on for Symphobia 1. I know that Symphobia 4: Pandora Core was on Discount and it said preorder but seeing the Webiste and Productpage it should be ready to download, no? Still dont have the Invoice for Pandora Core yet, just the Confirmation i payed for it tho it was a doublepurchase. So i was wondering if thats normal for a Preordered Product that has been available for yeras to not appear anywhere apart from my Bankaccount… If anyone had the same issue i would appreciate some advice, thanks!
