How do I get the plugins to download from native access?

When I go to download my plugins, it just says "enqueuing" and never goes past that. I have enabled and disabled everything that the articles have told me to. I have restarted my computer and even made a new user to even get Native Access to even download. I have spent 4 days (about 4 hours each day) to try to figure it out.

Please help.

Hello,

downloading and installing everything can take a while especially with the komplete bundles. You could try to install all applications first, then all fx, after that maybe try 3 libraries at a time and see if there is something happening. As far as i know na 2 downloads one product at a time and all other products get queued so that´s normal.

If you are on a Mac - there is a load of security and permissions that must be assigned/allowed before anything will download - not to mention the very large free space requirements if you are attempting to download a numerous apps and libraries at one time.
