I recently brought a 2020 Mac Mini and I want to move my SSD from old computer to my new computer. When I hooked it up and redirected to my SSD it native access and kontrol it doesn't read my sounds and expansions
On the new computer did you go through the 'locate' process to tell Native Access where the libraries are located? Just setting the content path to the SSD only affects new installs. In NA you need to click Support then Add Product Content and follow the prompts. Not all content can be located like that, there's still some that need reinstalling. If it you've done that and it still doesn't work let us know.
Did you follow procedures ?
Be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS
ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS
and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats

Please don't post multiple times for the same topic. You already have a thread open there:
I’m confused
@Shed Maa no need to be confused.
Short story: nothing to worry about, we keep going on (just remember to not make duplicate discussions… 😉)
I'm confused and feel dissed and dismissed I hope someone can engage. with me so. I can find the right answers. I feel disrespected not because @Jeremy_NI closed my topic he did so without adressing my issue. He thought about policing me rather than seeing me a valued customer.
ok, to start helping you again here's the post I made earlier, possibly in your other thread or this one. I have no idea which!!!!

Yes I did

I'm lost. My drive has my libraries.
@PoorFellow
I'm confused
The point being made is you don't need to re-install the libraries as they already exist on the drive. What needs to happen in Native Access, given the libraries are listed in NA, is to update the location of where the library is located. By selecting the Locate function the file system location where NA believes the library is located is listed in the pop up window. If the library is now located in a different location, click on the location listed and you'll get a file system listing of where the old library was. From there you just navigate to the new location and select that directory and it will be linked up correctly.
I'm lost I'm being treated like why don't you get it
This is what I tried to do
I also did this. What should I be doing other than being dissed by @Jeremy_NI
Do you think I need to buy a new drive
