Upgrade Transfer Request Conditions

Hi everyone,

I'm in the process of requesting a license transfer for my Komplete 15 Collectors Edition upgrade but want to double check on the required conditions of the new user. My Komplete order history is as follows:

KOMPLETE 5 (DVD Boxset)
KOMPLETE 11 ULTIMATE UPG for Kselect (1)
KOMPLETE 15 COLLECTORS EDITION Upgrade for KOMPLETE ULTIMATE DL (1)

What does the new user of the Komplete 15 Collectors Edition have to already own to make this transfer legit? Do I have to sell them all of my Komplete licenses anyway or can I just sell them the upgrade for Komplete 15 if they have a certain base license already?

Just to confirm, I wish to keep my Komplete 11 upgrade and just sell the Komplete 15 one.

Pretty sure you can sell only the K15 upgrade, but the purchaser will have to have a qualifying base product before they can use it. As always with licence transfers if it's not a simple case it's best to check with support which you can do here - https://bit.ly/NI_Support_All

According to this article Komplete 8-15 and Komplete 8-15 Ultimate are eligible base products for an upgrade to Komplete 15 Ultimate Collector's Edition.

Also remember that Komplete 11 is ancient now and as time passes - eventually most of it's requisite elements will age out of support - be it the OS they are running on and/or the ability to license them.

And - there is a 60 day freeze on transfers of any new purchases. If you bought K15 a month ago - you will need to wait another month.

Odd choice to stick with K11 - but I am sure you have your reasons.
