I had frozen my audio work station because I had loads of great virtual instruments and plugins that were all working fine, so why keep updating?However recently I had an HD issue on my mac and had to reformat and reinstall everything (unfortunately my Time Machine had gone weird, so I had switched it off).
*I also wanted to keep my OS as it was, so I reinstalled 10.9.5
However, after reinstalling my virtual instruments and plugins, only the NI ones are giving me a problem! All the ones from other manufacturers installed and reactivated with no problems.
The specific NI instruments that are giving me problems are the B4 2-Vs 2.04.1-hammond organ (best ever virtual organ) and Kontakt 5 instrument plus all my purchased Kontakt libraries.
I opened a chat about this via the chatbot on their site and all I got was totally irrelevant answers. Eventually, after a long story of repeating my questions, the chatbot said an agent would be replying but after waiting over an hour and a half, it just closed down with no help!
As a longtime client of Native Instruments, I would have expected better service!
