Since I installed the latest version of Native Access, it has recognized a lot of sound banks like Arturia but without putting the thumbnails and also seeing other sound banks that have nothing to do with them.

Yes, same here. Just updated and gone from 358 installed products to 536.
It seems to have scanned loads of plugins from other companies.
Furthermore, some of the iZotope products are showing as Demo, despite being fully activated according to iZotope Product Portal.
Earlier today I merged my iZotope & NI accounts (after having a login issue with PP) and can now use my NI account with iZotope, but in NA some still display DEMO.
Also, despite updating my Plugin Alliance Installation Manager and all my PA plugins, only two are shown in Native Access.
