How can I connect a license in Native Access

Good afternoon. I have a Guitar Rig license, obtained in a free set. After installing Native Access, I got everything except Guitar Rig 7 Player. By clicking the Add Serial button and entering the serial number, I receive a message:

"You have successfully registered the Guitar Rig 7 player. Now you can install this product from the library. If you are unable to install the product, you may first need to find the installer of the product. You can find more information here."

But the library is empty. The manual attached to the link does not help, because it describes where to find the installer, but the Native Access program does not want to add the installer. Please tell me how to add it and then install it...

Hello,

can you check online on the "my products and serials" page if you see all products there that should be there. Of this serial does not work, you don't see it on that mentioned page,I guess only native registration support is able to help.

As already suggested by Uwe303 then you can check if the app is registered to your account on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page .

Else then if the product is registered to your account and if you are sure that you are logged into same account in Native Access then :

Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS

Else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access .

Else then if the product is at your account then you might be able to download an installer from the Account downloads page.
