What is your exact Mac computer type and what is the exact version of your OS ?
Be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS
Please check the following :
ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS
and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network
Also then do not use Clean My Mac.

Well - for one thing - Duets is a "Kontakt" Play Series instrument.
If Kontakt is not available or somehow compromised - this error will most certainly occur.

Kontakt is working fine standalone though which is weird

Standalone is vastly different than from within Maschine. Can I assume your are using the standalone Maschine software or an actual Maschine Device?
If it's the former - the issue is most likely where you are instructing the Maschine 3 software to scan for your plugins.
If no plugins are showing up in there - you need to post a screencap of the directories (From within Maschine Preferences) you are telling it to scan.

everything in my directory is fine, maschine is being pointed to the right places. and im using the maschine software standalone.

Well - if you are getting errors that Maschine cannot load a specific plugin - Maschine is not fine.
Screencaps would help solve this.

Then , have you tried to Reinitializing the Maschine Database ? , to see if that makes Maschine behave as standalone ? Also remember to check if the Maschine software setup of Audio is OK.

Yes I have, still didn't work.

@Jeremy_NI , could you please take a look at the above problem ?

@MangoMan You didn't mention if Reaktor, Maschine, Native Access and all NI apps have full disk access. And also what's your OS? If you're on Sequoia, add this to the list: How to grant audio apps access to your local network on macOS 15 Sequoia
Also what ensemble are you trying to load when this message appears? I quickly checked your account and it would seem that you only own the free version of Reaktor Player, this comes with limitations on the ensembles you can open it with.
And how does Reaktor show in Native Access?
