Cache audio to RAM
Hi, how are you, I have an idea that could be very usefull. Right now, let's say you load a Track to deck A (from USB Drive), if you remove the USB device o gets disconected by error, the Track will stop playing, it seems that only a portion of the media gets cached, like 20 seconds or so. If the media, was stored to RAM, it should be able to finish playing without interuptions.
Best regards

Yes, but limit by size or time. For example, RAM cache no more than 10 minutes or no more than 100 MB.

Well it should clear from ram, when the deck is unloaded, that way RAM ussage will be low. Could be an option to enable or disable the feature, or set the size.

Thank you for submitting this idea. Unfortunately it didn't receive enough votes over the allotted time. We're closing this post.
Note that our ideas section doesn't reflect the Traktor team's backlog. Even if this idea hasn't been brought up to the team at this time, that doesn't mean it'll never be implemented in the future.
