Hi, On friday I received my Maschine MK3, immediately realised it was not for me. I like to play guitar, thought I might enjoy creating beats. Anyway, on sunday I resold it to a friend. On friday I registered the software, so now on the license transfer page, these instances are blocked 'not transferable'. Apparantly it is not possible to transfer a license for the first 60 days. So my friend now sits with an expensive paper weight, and the only one I can reach is Riff, but 'he' simply suggest my friend should buy the software, spending antoher 109 euro for software that I allready payed for. Is there any way to connect with a real person regarding this issue? Thnx

hi Jeremy, I stupidly clicked a link in my email claiming to be from an admin. I checked the email address and it was from native-instruments.com so it looked legit. I’ve tried updating my password but I can’t for some reason.
What steps should I take next?

Unsure if this is where to post. But I did get one of those emails. I was unsure, but the email address it was sent from seemed legit, and the link did go to the official NI site, so I did sign in with it. Probably was a bad idea.

I did lose my name, phone #, address to the scam I reported.
