Maschine 3 licence transfer (2025)

I'm running Komplete 12 Ultimate in 2025. I'm trying to sell my Maschine 3 hardware. KOMPLETE 12 SELECT for HW is "NOT TRANSFERABLE". because it's been replaced by other stuff. So do I just transfer the MASCHINE MK3 HW by itself or is there something else the buyer will need to get it working?

Just transfer the hardware. The buyer will receive the software licences when they register it to their account.
