Mac Mini 16gb M1 Sequoia 15.5 external SSD Komplete ultimate 14 When I install products updates I got a Installation Failed. The recommended full disk acces an daemon is okay. What can I do?
Are you using latest version of Native Access for your OS .
Also then please check all of the following :
ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS
and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off (applies to download problems only) :Native Access Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)
And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I.apps must be added to the Local Network
.
Also , since you are on Mac then please check that you do not have any 'ghost drive' issues as referred to here : I Constantly Have to Relocate My Products in Native Access (macOS)
Hello JuBro, this issue can also be caused by an outdated Native Access version. Have you made sure that you are using the latet Native Access version? Here is the website that you can use downloading the latest version, in case you may need it:
https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access/?srsltid=AfmBOor0ZdYgC_QIw7CriMtv2-lRcSAlWlQtJujEl8rDjh-OzmwGucHP
Please let me know about the result afterwards.
I hope this helps☺️
Hello, thanks for your answer. Now I installed the newest version off Native Access. The problem is the same. When I activate a update I got an issue with the installer service. But I can install new products without problems. I hope you can help me Justus
Hello JuBro, I see, sorry for continuing issue.
Can you please send me a screenshot of the error message that you get or the issue(hiding the personal information please) so I can understand the issue easier and help you to solve that as soon as possible
Hello Mert, It was probably the SSD. I bought a Thunderbolt case from Zike with a 4TB M2 SSD and copied all my data over. Since then, the system has been running again with updates. I must have made the mistake of renaming the old SSD. Despite entering the new path in the preferences, it only caused problems.
