Cremona Ensemble Missing from Collectors Edition 15

Hi,

I just purchased Collectors Edition 15. One of the main reasons was for Cremona Ensemble. The solo instruments show up but ensemble is missing from Native Access. Just wondering if anyone can shed light on this.

I have seen this inquiry once before here. I believe that the problem is that N.I. somewhere on the page mentions "the lush strings of the Cremona Quartet" which I think is used to refer to another string library with strings from Cremona. While at the same time then N.I. do not list 'Cremona Ensemble' as being part of Komplete 15 , because it has been retired from the bundling and is not part of Komplete 15 as far as I know : Komplete 15 Collectors Edition compare page . I believe that N.I. are referring to the Amati Viola library : AMATI VIOLA is part of Native Instruments' Cremona Quartet series , reference : Amati Viola Manual

I connected with support and it seems that Cremona Ensemble is not in Komplete 15 Ultimate Collectors Edition, which was my main reason for purchasing it. Only the solo instruments are included, which seems kind of odd. It feels like the Ultimate CE should include this library, or this was an oversight.
