Bonjour,

J'ai un Mac book air, os 14.7 puce m1 et je n'arrive pas à installer avec Native Access.Je vois le fichier DMG et puis automatiquement il disparait du téléchargement quand l installation bug. Pouvez vous m'aider svp? j'ai déjà tout essayer. merci!

According to your issue, would it be possible to send us the screenshot of the issue so we can understand it easier to help you to solve that as soon as pissble. Have you tried download it using the direct download link in our website?
