TraktI or S4 Service Center

My MAC Pro OS X crashed recently and I had to do a reinstall of the Traktor Software. I tried to use the serial to activate it but I get an error when trying to connect to the service center. Its like the traktor sofware can't recognize that I have a serial so it wont activate on the computer. Is there a fix for this? I also have a Windows 10 so if I can't really use my Mac any longer I can use my Windows but I tried it and it can't connect to the service center app to activate it.

So that people may be better able to help then please tell exactly what is your OS version? and what is your computer type ? Also tell what exactly is your device model ? and version Mk?

Service Center is EOL. If you are referring to Native Access then please do not call it Service Center as this will create confusion.

Then also please give exact errors or screenshot of error (best)

Be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS (unless using a legacy OS)

Have you done all the Mac users must do when using N.I. software ? :
