Download and content locations

Having huge trouble in getting recent NI libraries to download to the correct location (a Lacie hard drive) - it keeps reverting to my Mac shared users location.

Logic XI would suddenly not recognise abbey road vintage drummer (annoying) on a project.

This may have got worse since I recently upgraded to OS Sequoia - my Mac is a desktop 2019 (purchased 2020 during first lock down).

What matters is where Native Access is pointing to for any given library. Have you examined the location of these libraries according to the Native Access locations?

Thanks DA - my download location was on the same external hard disc (Lacie) as my NI content. So I've changed the download back to the Mac Default and kept the content location on the external drive .

I'm trying (yet) again to download the Abbey Road Vintage drummer - NI keeps coming up with failed to download message. Other libraries seem to be download ing ok.

Will know more after this round of downloading! Thanks for help

No problem is still unresolved. On this one Logic project the problem is now spreading to more plugin (it's now on Alicia Keys). The problems seemed to have started when I upgraded my Mac 2 weeks ago to Sequoia. It's becoming deeply frustrating and there is no help available form Native Instrument Support other than their Bot (less said about that the better).
