Why is my order "Under Review" still after 2 days?

Why is my order "Under Review" still after 2 days when they already charged my account ?

I ordered the bundle with the Mk3 49 Key + Kontak 15 Ultimate + Omnia included + 1 free software instrument of my choice.

Find it ridiculous a digital download takes 2 days to be "Under Review" but the money was already charged to my account. I could understand if this wasn't charged to my account but it is….

Please help I just want to use the items I am already charged for.

Hello,

I'm sorry to read that, stuff like this can definitely be annoying. In germany is still holiday, tomorrow the native staff should be back on office. I will also mark @Kaiwan_NI , she then can forward it to the right department and see what's going on there. It's maybe not an native instruments issue, can be some bank stuff too but I of course don't know and as a customer you just want things work.

Thank you both @Uwe303 & @PoorFellow for your help. Ive contacted support and have a ticket open. Hopefully this can be resolved quick, I have a show later this month and would love to use these asap :)
