Komplete M32 and Logic Audio 11.2 update: very slow volume knobs (KBDSW-8067)

Good morning,
Can you help me?
I bought Komplete M32 and Maschine MK3.
Before the Logic Audio 11.2 update (added longer volume sliders), everything worked perfectly.
But since this Logic Audio 11.2 update,
Volume potentiometers only on Komplete M32 increase or decrease very slightly. The race is too small. (I didn't see a solution). Volume settings are no longer usable). For a controller, it is mainly very embarrassing.
I had found the solution by increasing the parameter for each track by multiplying by 10 instead of 1 in the settings of the control surfaces for the 8 potentiometers, but the names of the tracks are no longer displayed (neither on the Komplete M32, nor on Maschine MK3) I have to restore the parameters to find the names of the tracks but unfortunately also the bug of the adjustment of the volumes of the tracks.
What is strange is that the volume bug is only on Komplete M32. Not on machine. But on the other hand, when I change the settings of the control surfaces, the names of the tracks disappear on the Komplete M32 and Maschine MK3.

Why does this happen:
- Logic 11.2 changed how fader resolution is handled for some controllers.
- The Komplete M32 might be sending lower-resolution MIDI values, making volume adjustments too sensitive.
- The track name issue suggests a bug in Logic’s control surface plugin for Komplete/Maschine.
Have you tried resetting the control surface assignments?

Hello, yes I have reset the control surface and the names are displayed correctly but the problem of the faders do not work normally (the stroke is too slow). I have 2 solutions either, I change the multiplier parameter from 1 to 10, I find the normal stroke of the faders but I lose the names of the tracks which is not practical or I reset the control surface, I find the names of the tracks but also the slow and unusable stroke of the faders.

I guess it's software mapping issue.
Have you checked if your Komplete Kontrol software is updated to the latest version?0 -
yes Version 3.5

there is no update from Native Access

Report the bug to Apple & Native Instruments. This is likely a compatibility issue.

for Native instrument.
I don't know how to do it because the support messaging tells me that I won't have a quick answer because it's too used and they send it back to the chat. Here.

If someone can do it for me, it would be super nice. Thanks

I've reported something similar on MK III (for me the sliders are not working at all or even showing on the keyboard) - it appears Logic 11.2 broke several things regarding keyboard integration and Komplete Kontrol functionality, I suspect NI will need to update the firmware to fix this, Logic 11.2 has just come out so it might take a while for them to figure out the causes.

thank you for your support

@Lolo13400 I'm going to try and reproduce that. I first need to upgrade the OS on my Macbook, as Logic 11.2 requires MacOS Sequoia.
@Kymeia Where did you report that? In the forum, in the beta?
