Registration New Keyboard NI Kоntrol S61 mk3

Hi, I received a new Kontrol S61 keyboard from the store. I have to register it to start working. I do everything according to the instructions. I created an account, logged in, installed Native Access, and entered the serial number from the display (it's the same on the device). The device and serial number are displayed in my account. And the display shows the message that add your serial number to Native Access. I tried it on two different computers with Windows 11 and Mac M1. Nothing has changed. According to the instructions, there should be a program - Hardware Connection, but I don't see it in the list of programs. How do I register my device?Thanks

Be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS

Not sure if it will help but try this page.

Then restart computer and check if it is available in N.A.

I downloaded the latest version. Everything is available. Downloaded and installed without any problems. There were no errors when installing the program. I also updated the firmware to the latest version.

It was obvious that there was a local problem with the Internet. I tried it on another provider. Everything is installed and working. Closing the topic
