Registration New Keyboard NI Kоntrol S61 mk3

Hi, I received a new Kontrol S61 keyboard from the store. I have to register it to start working. I do everything according to the instructions. I created an account, logged in, installed Native Access, and entered the serial number from the display (it's the same on the device). The device and serial number are displayed in my account. And the display shows the message that add your serial number to Native Access. I tried it on two different computers with Windows 11 and Mac M1. Nothing has changed. According to the instructions, there should be a program - Hardware Connection, but I don't see it in the list of programs. How do I register my device?Thanks
