Uninstalled software appear with repair error

I just uninstalled Komplete 6 player, and Ozone 10 standard. In native access, they appear as they are not uninstalled correctly even i followed the official uninstall methods offered by Native Instruments. I have been searching everywhere for fixing this problem. In the past there were some solutions on this forum regarding the editing the registry editor in Windows 11, but I couldn't find it anymore.
I did searched and deleted some registry regarding Massive OG, he was on the list and he disappeared after that. But with these 2 I couldn't find any solution. And NO Native Uninstall RegTool doesn't help, because the software are not sowed there after they are uninstalled from windows list. (I even tried to install them and uninstall from Native Uninstall RegTool, still appear here).
Please help, any idea here?

I just experienced this on Windows 10 because Ozone 10 doesn't have an "uninstall" option in Native Access (so I had to uninstall it with the Windows Control Panel). For me the fix was to delete two Ozone 10-related .json files in the following folder:

    C:\Users\Public\Documents\Native Instruments\installed_products

Once I did this, restarted Native Access, and let it finish syncing… everything was back as it should be (Ozone 10 with an "Install" option as opposed to "Repair".
