m.i.a. 40s very own drums and keys (in 360 pro)

Hello,

I thought 40s very own were part of the 360 pro subscription. They seem to be out? They're off the knowledge list as well, but are still advertised as part of the bundle. Which they were. What seems to be the issue? :)

Cheers!

Yes there's a picture of 40 himself (yellow cap) but that's under a section on who uses the plugins, not whose plugins are included.

There are a couple of pictures that show Kontakt or Native Access, with the 40s plugins visible on screen, so that could maybe be seen as misleading - if somebody was looking closely enough.

The 40s plugins are not listed as being part of the 360 packages though, which is the definitive answer.

This is the information that I have :

Which Products Are Included with NI 360 Essentials / Plus / Pro?

    NI 360 FAQ

    .

If you are having subscription problems then N.I.Support (all) should be able to sort them out for you 🙂

    .

Should you consider buying then Komplete 15 Standard (which includes 40's Very Own Drums) or higher tier is always the most economical option , especially if bought on a sale.

Sorry , I do not know exactly what I am supposed to see as missing, I mean I can not myself spot the 40's Very Own Drums on the picture ? And I don't know specifically what 'keys' shown on the picture that that is not in the N.I. 360 Pro. And text in picture is so small and too blurry so that I can not read it.

Either way then if you think that N.I. is guilty of "false advertising" then you could contact N.I.Support (all) and politely explain to them what is the issue 🙂

    P.S.

I checked the 360 Subscription page and there actually is a picture that is including the 40's Very Own Drums , but that is not a general 360 picture but a general picture of Native Access.

Allright! I watch too closely, and should read on par with the watching.

    Thank you for your time!
I think its possible that I did have that plug in at some point and that it went whoopsie somehow. So now Im salty and wrongly associating. But thats a different matter altogether.

    Cheers! Topic closed.

Well , I don't know if you are watching too closely or if you are being Salty .

I guess that N.I. ought to not use stock photos in a case like this even if for purely illustrative purposes.

They do show 40's Very Own Drums - and Keys - when showing Kontakt 8. And N.I. uses the same type of stock photo when showing a computer with Native Access on it. So I guess that if one only looks at the pictures in the description then one might get the wrong expectations.

@Kaiwan_NI , perhaps using stock photos for illustrative purpose is not the best idea when describing apps in connection with N.I. 360 Subscriptions since it could build up expectations beyond what is included ?

That’s REALLY misleading, because the image of Native Access is not only showing 40s product, but 40s product with the SUBSCRIBED caption beneath them….

Then it’s also true that if they are not listed in the included products, they are not listed… but…

Maybe the 40s Own products were part of Komplete Now, and the image was reused for 360?

40s were never part of Now:

There's a list of all included products and there's also a Terms & Conditions note saying "All content offer details are subject to change without prior notice". Not to mention that none of the other images (not shown in this thread) on the 360 page show 40s products.

I'm not sure if you can call that outright misleading when all the crucial information is… there.
