I fell for the Summer Sale and purchased Ozone Advance 11.
Here's my issue: I am not able to download or login into my updated product portal. I get this message:
YOUR IZOTOPE ACCOUNT IS ALREADY UNIFIED TO A NATIVE ID ACCOUNT. YOU CAN USE YOUR NATIVE ID CREDENTIALS TO LOGIN IN THE FORM BELOW
But it keeps showing the login and does not log me in. I have a Mac running Sequoia. Please help.
How do I download the software I purchased? I tried on both my desktop and laptop. Same issue.
I have contacted native and nobody is helping me or contacting me back. What do I do? There is no way of contacting Izotope anymore.
