How can I get an issue purchasing a product resolved

I am totally fed up with NI and NO Support. Wanting support and getting some AI device that has little if any I really has me annoyed beyond belief.
I simply want to spend some of my pension on a product but get
looking at previous orders it seems I somehow requested a refund. If I did that was not my intention. But if I recall correctly buying that was also frustrating.
I’m at the point where for my health I’m better off not dealing with NI.

There is an issue with the payment with certain bundles, like Spotlight Collection, Italo Disco bundle and some other bundles. Our website team is on it and it should be fixed soon, you can follow progress HERE

Else then please contact N.I. Support (all) , to get past the bot then select or repeatedly write Did not help , or try writing Talk to an agent . I don't think that there is any human chat available today (I could be wrong though) , it's normally only available on stand work-hours on standard workdays and today I think might be a holiday, but you should be able to make a ticket so that Support can fix the problem for you.

I cannot believe a company can leave a sales issue broken for this long. It clearly shows disinterest.
