Unable to use Arturia Komplete Select serial number

hello,

I’ve tried checking out on the store for Komplete select electronic using a code provided on my Arturia account, however when I try to redeem it, I receive this message:

The voucher code does not exist. Please check the code and try again.

I raised a ticket 24 hours ago but not received a response yet.

I had a similar problem. The code in my Arturia account looked more like a serial number, so I contacted them and they updated my account with a new one starting KSARTxxx. I would suggest contacting Arturia as well; they fixed my problem very quickly.

If you have followed the guide :

N.I. : How to set up your free Komplete Select bundle for 3rd party controllers

Arturia : Getting started with Komplete Select

and you only have the Komplete Select of your choice in your cart

and you are logged into your free N.I. account when trying to shop (extra precaution to try to get to work)

and if the voucher code still does not work

then only N.I. Support (all) can help you so you need to contact N.I. Support (all) so that they can fix the problem for you. Don't worry you will get your Komplete Select albeit with a little extra bother.

The issue can be a problem with the voucher or a hiccup with the N.I. shop.

Thanx for answering. I think there is a problem with the voucher. I opened a support ticket at NI.
