Can not find KOMPLETE 15 SELECTION in NativeAccess which I get with voucher?

I bought Komplete Kontrol S49 mk3 a day ago and I get voucher for KOMPLETE 15 SELECTION. When I opened NA I don't have it. And I still don't have it 24h later.

Please help?

Since you do not say then first we need to know : Did you actually use the voucher to go get the Komplete Select version of your choice ? : Komplete 15 Select (put selected version in cart as only item and then check out and use voucher to get for $/€ zero). Also reboot computer after purchase.

Else after that then check the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page to see if the bundle is registered to your account.

Also then the bundle will not show in N.A. by bundle name but only by the items that the bundle consists of.

Please use latest version of Native Access for your OS .

Komplete 15 Select is the name of the bundle.

You will never find it in NA, but you should find the products that are included in it.

If you don’t have even the products, try to manually add the serial number of Select in NA (you can find your serials in your account NI website under My Products and Serials, where you can also see if that serial is already registered or unregistered)

Thank you. I just add serial but still the same.

Do you know what should I get from KOMPLETE 15 SELECTION (files name), I mean what to look for in order to check did I maybe already installed it?

@PoorFellow Yes I used voucher and get email confirmation that I bought for 0 euro/usd KOMPLETE 15S but I didn't reboot. I will do it now. On my account I can see K15S and serial.

I have it…I found the list of products included in K15S and I have them all!!!
