Native access install problems

hello: 

In my native access subscriptions for 360 Essentials it is not possible to install bx_glue, in the installation button there is only a (!) and the software version is 0.0.0. Lo-fi Vibes also gives the error 0,0,0 and in the installation button Add Product but this works in Kontakt 8 Player. Can you help me with this?

bx_glue is a Plug-In Alliance product offered in 360 Essentials or higher that can not be installed by Native Access. 

Currently, it displays with an exclamation mark on the install button and version number 0.0.0 in Native Access:

In order to install bx_glue, please download the installer on the download section of the product page on the PA website:

https://www.plugin-alliance.com/en/products/bx_glue.html?srsltid=AfmBOorNcIGLQkZ22KTlsj3HeRTllx8t8p17SlwGRuT6sHQFsUtxo9Ow

You may also find them here below, the website will require you to login before you are able to download the installers:

- Installer v1.1.0 (Mac, 114.54MB)

- Installer v1.1.0 (Win, 65.03MB)

Once installed, please start Native Access and hit refresh. It should then activate and will display as installed with the appropriate version number

Brainworx Bx_glue is installed and works now, but I still have a problem with Lo-fi Vibes, it gives in the installation button (Add Product) and also as version 0.0.0 but it does work in Kontakt 8 Player, so it is installed there, so I think it is a strange error.
