Can't find half my Wave Alchemy plugins in Native Access

I recently bought the everything bundle from Wave Alchemy and can't locate pt. 2 of the plugins. It has a 9 digit serial starting with NKS and I'm not sure where I'm supposed to register them. Am I missing software that's needed to use the plugins? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So it sounds as if you need to read the email with the code you got and find the instructions there (please also check email spam folder) . But with my knowledge of how things works then to me it sounds as if you have to make/have a WaveAlchemy account , then you most likely have to put the bundle product into your cart and use the code at checkout to get the product added to your account there at zero cost.
