Lost Traktor Scratch Pro download and serial ?

Dear Native Instruments Support Team,

My name is Mansour Mosawi. About 15 years ago I purchased Traktor Scratch Pro (boxed version). I have recently replaced my computer and would like to reinstall the software, but I can no longer locate the serial number or the original download link.

I don't know N.I. policies and if they will be able to help you but you will have to ask N.I. Account Support if there is anything that they can do. But you should expect that they will at least ask for proof of purchase to be able to help or that you would have had registered the product to a previous N.I. account that they could then help you gain access to ? ("I Have No Access to My User Account") . Otherwise I think that it might be hard for support to help, but N.I. Account Support are in charge so you will have to ask them .
