Hello,
I need help with my Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol A61. The keyboard lights up when connected via USB, but it is not recognized by macOS Sequoia (version 15.4.1) or my DAW (tested in Studio One, Reaper, and Cubase). It does not appear as a MIDI device in the Audio MIDI Setup utility either.
Here’s what I’ve already tried:
- Uninstalled all Native Instruments software completely
- Reinstalled Native Access 2 and Komplete Kontrol
- Gave full disk access to Native Access, Komplete Kontrol, NIHardwareAgent, NIHostIntegrationAgent, and NTKDaemon
- Restarted the computer after installation
- Verified that the keyboard works fine on other computers
- Confirmed that NIHardwareAgent is not running in Activity Monitor
Despite all that, macOS still does not detect the keyboard at all. The buttons on the A61 are lit, but no MIDI signal is sent or received.
Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you!
