Hi, I cannot install Native Access 2 in my computer.
In installing, this message appeared
"Please grant permission to Native Access to install fependencies. Please restart Native Access and try again."
I saw the article this error message appears in Mac, but my computer's OS is Windows11.
Do you know a solution for this problem in Windows11 ?
Please help me!😭
OS : Windows 11 Home (ver. 21H2)
Processer : Core(TM) i7-12700 2.10 GHz

Hey all, the issue seems to be broader now.
If you get the error message on Mac, simply open Activity Monitor and force quit the ntkdaemon process, that should do the trick.
If you are on Windows, it's a bit more tricky. You would need to get in touch with our customer support here: http://bit.ly/NIsupport_install
If it's an emergency and you don't want to wait, you can always downgrade to Native Access 1: How to Downgrade Native Access 2 to Native Access 1

If no one here can provide a working solution, your next step should be to contact support here:
Download & Installation – Native Instruments (native-instruments.com)
Hope you are able to get the issue resolved!
Had a thought, have you tried running the installer an admin? (Right click the installer, select "Run as Administrator"...

OMG it really does say "fependencies" - I initially thought hayahori made the mistake. 🤣

I am finding the same problem with my Mac M1 Studio OS. 12.4. Native Access just hangs with this error msg. I tried the delete and re-install procedure, but it made no difference.

Hi, MaximeT
I can't resolve too.
I have got in touch with NI support via https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/categories/360000053677-Download-Installation .
Support team proposed Downgreading Native Access(1) via https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/4748946468497-How-to-Downgrade-Native-Access-2-to-Native-Access-1
(in this article " 3. Download Native Access. " <-- this link provide NA1 )
I can use Native Access 1 without problems !

hey party people, my win10 gave me the 'dependencies taking too long' runaround, NTKDaemon doesn't provide the option to click anything when I ran it, no surprise the NTK solution solved nada. so I thought I was back in business when NA1 successfully installed. but all my products showed up with 'repair' on them. when I click it, NA1 fails to reinstall my goods. any ideas on possible remedies?
