My A49 is malfunctioning

Hi
I have a Komplete A49 keyboard and recently it's started behaving very oddly. Sometimes it works fine, at other times touching certain keys results in a loud 'crash' as if multiple keys are being hit very hard all at the same time.
There doesn't appear to be any damage to it.
I bought it some time last year - can't remember exactly when but it's almost certainly still within warranty. Unfortunately I bought it from the GAK shop in Brighton which has recently gone into administration :-(

@W1tchseason Can you give us more details on what's happening and how? We need to determine if it's a hardware or software/settings issue. What's your operating system? Where is this happening? In a DAW, which DAW? In Komplete Kontrol in standalone?

Hi
Windows 11, Mixcraft 10 Pro (but also Cantabile). It seems to be hardware related as it also happens when I nudge the keyboard - like there's a loose connection or something inside.
Sometimes it works fine, at other times one or more of the keys will act as if I've smashed my arm down hard on a couple of dozen keys at the same time. I don't know how else to describe it!
Thanks

It's still a little unclear. Can you explain what happens exactly? Maybe a video? Have you checked in Komplete Kontrol in standalone? Is everything functional there? Are you running your DAW and Komplete Kontrol as admin? How to Run a Program as an Administrator
Does it happen with all instruments, which ones?
