Okay. Yeah, per my post above as well as the post from @PoorFellow, I think your problem is that you're on an old version of Native Access.

Just remember, NA can be updated once a month or even more often. It's best to check it regularly.

I understand but the one I have is the one that was given to me via the website. The one I clicked was option with the M1/M2 …. Even though I’m using the M4. This is sounding like I have to wait for a new update. Because it seems like I have exhausted every option/solution. I really do appreciate you trying to help tho

Try removing both the N.A. and the NTKDaemon from the computer , then reboot , then reinstall from link here latest version of Native Access for your OS . Or direct Apple Silicon download here.

I have downloaded and unzipped the M1/M2 N.A. download and it says to contain Native Access 3.18.0

Well, I decided to navigate to the Native Access downloads web page to see what I could find.…and you're not wrong. It offers Mac options as follows:

Intel Mac
M1 and M2 Mac

M4 Mac does not appear to be on that page, at least not to me on this Windows 11 computer with Firefox.

@Jeremy_NI (or anybody who can answer) is it true that we don't have an M4 Mac version of Native Access as of yet?

The installer for M1/M2 is also going with the M4 chip, just the text in that installer need to be changed as red_nick said. You can use the M chip installer for every M Chip.

Im new to Native Instruments so i have never had an older version. The only version of native access i have is the one on the website. So my native access is the up to date version that isnt working

@sunborn what version is he supposed to update to? As mentioned at least twice by PoorFellow, 3.18.0 is the latest version. OK it wasn't ideal that sam88 initially provided incorrect information, but now that's been clarified.

@sam88 you said earlier that your content was installed to your internal drive. Is that ALL your content (because you mentioned an external drive too)?
