Komplete Kontrol S88 MK3 WITH KOMPLETE 15 STANDARD – Missing Instruments and No License Confirmation

Dear Native Instruments Support,
I recently purchased the Komplete Kontrol S88 MK3 WITH KOMPLETE 15 STANDARD, as clearly stated on your official product page.
After completing the registration process and entering my serial number, I did not receive any confirmation email, and when I opened Native Access, I noticed that many instruments from the KOMPLETE 15 STANDARD bundle are missing.
I want to emphasize that before making this purchase, I spent over 30 days carefully researching the S88 MK3 product, especially the bundle that clearly stated it came WITH KOMPLETE 15 STANDARD. I am absolutely certain that this was the version I chose, and that was the only available bundle in Indonesia (as the Ultimate version was not available in my region).
This situation is quite frustrating, as I made my decision based on the official information provided on your website, and I expected the full Komplete 15 Standard bundle—including all the listed instruments—to be available in my account.
Please help verify my registration and ensure that the full Komplete 15 Standard license is correctly activated on my account.

First thing to do is to log into your official NI Account and do a full review of your Products and Serials area. This will tell you exactly what you registered and are entitled to use.
If Komplete 15 Standard (if applicable) is listed - it will appear in Native Access.
Until you view your account - worrying about what is in NA is not what you want to focus on.
Your NI Account and Native Access are a mirror. If it’s in one spot - it will be in the other.

Annoying as it is then usually there is absolutely no need to worry. The only time there is need to worry is when there exists a redemption date on anything and even if that then if you contact support within that period with your problem then they will still take care of you.
In a case like yours then what usually has happened is that the email gets caught in peoples email spam filter. Also then the way that it usually works with a bundle like yours (keyboard + Komplete 15 bundle) then that is that you need to register the keyboard hardware serial in native Access. Then that results in emails getting sent to you with a redeem code for Komplete Select which you then have to go to the N.I. web site and buy for zero using the voucher/redeem code. And then with that registered to your account then you can redeem the Komplete 15 Standard upgrade serial code in Native Access.
If you do not get the emails and can not find them in your email spam filter either and you can not find the codes on your MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page either as not registered to redeem in Native Access : then you simply have to contact N.I. Purchase Support and they will help you get things fixed.
