Traktor cant let me load track in left deck and after...

I Have this issue 2 years now…

once in a while when im loading left deck doesnt let me load and after some seconds the music STOPS
so…
im forced to do restart to work gain

Latest traktor + m1 pro +s4 mk3 + ssd external

Do you get the error "can't load into playing deck"?

Or is this something else where nothing works any more? You can still control but not load a new song?

Make sure internal USB hubs have a constant energy setting and can't be unpowered (put to sleep) by your OS. On windows use the device manager and right click on the hubs.

Right click the Windows Start Button and go to Device Manager. Open Universal Serial Bus Controllers. Double click any devices that are labelled as USB Hubs and go to the Power Management tab for that device. Uncheck the box for Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
