This is frustrating. I have followed the log in instructions several times . . . deleting Native Access . . . reloading . . . making sure privacy settings allow access . . . but can't log in. So I have Kontakt 8 ready to download and some Spitfire instruments . . . no access. HELP!

Normally once you've installed Native Access correctly, there is no "log in" unless you're referring to the initial login that's trying to verify your account on Native Instruments.

    but can't log in

Use latest version of Native Access for your OS .

And you are sure that this is not the Mac security pop-up that you have confused with that of Native Access ? Try using your Mac login credentials. People confuse this in between.

As PoorFellow says, the usual confusion is that Native Access needs to install additional components on first run so it asks for your Mac credentials.

On another point - your profile says you're running Monterey (MacOS 12). The requirements for Kontakt 8 are MacOS 13 or higher, so that's something to bear in mind.
