Eligibility for Komplete 14 Update

I have a license for Komplete 14 Ultimate that I bought to upgrade Komplete 14 Select for S-Series. I would like to purchase a license to update Komplete to Komplete 15 Standard for $159.20. However, when I try to buy Komplete 15 the web page indicates that I should buy the Crossgrade version for $319.20 stating: "As an owner of Piano Colors + Vocal Colors Bundle you qualify to install and activate this version."

All of the products that I have bought from NI are listed with their serial numbers on the appropriate page of the "My Account" section of the NI site and are shown in the attached PDF file (I have included only a portion of the serial numbers for security).

I may be mistaken but I believe that I qualify for the update price. I would like to have this confirmed to avoid purchasing the update only to discover that I am not eligible for the update.

Thank you for any help you are able to offer.

Moving from 14 ULT down to 15 Standard would be a downgrade and is not a valid track.

Now- the NI Shop will allow you to buy K15 Standard for a price that probably makes no sense ($$$$) but that is not a good play.

Your best value should be the “update” (not upgrade) 14 ULT→15 ULT
