360 Free Trial Serial Code Troubles

I found the serial code for my 360 Free Trial. Every time I enter the Serial Code, I get an error. I checked the guide that comes with the error screen, nothing corresponds with why I'd be getting an error.

I've already wasted 2 days of this trial because of my naivety to the software, I really do want to use it before my time's up. Please help

Are you using latest version of Native Access for your OS ?

Else then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support for help and give them the exact error message or screenshot of same..
