I don't see any KOMPLETE NOW library in Native Access.

hello, yesterday I bought the KOMPLETE NOW leadership. But no product from the package appears in Native Access, even if I add the serial key manually. But to be honest, KOMPLETE START appeared automatically when I purchased it, and I was able to install it right away.

The old Native Access version doesn't support subscriptions. You may want to download the newer, recently released, Native Access 2 instead:

neither product will appear in Native access. but after adding the COMPLETE Start package which is free, all products were automatically displayed immediately. I created another account, and the same problem.
