trying to register an mk3 i bought online

trying to connect my maschine, and it stays greyed out, i cant find where to register my serial number to my unit to get the software for the maschine. need some help im confused

Have you looked underneath the device or there should be a card within the box with the serial, you can enter in native access. Like described here:

I'm using an apple m4 so which download should I have used the intel or the silicon?

As far as I know then M4 is Apple silicon : latest version of Native Access for your OS

the mk3 shows in my account online but not in native access. please advise

Often then people are logged into the wrong account so please be sure that you are logged into the correct account , the same as the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page

Else then if logged into the correct account then try resetting the Native Access XML file ,look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access
