Your 25 € voucher

My voucher code 'Your 25 € voucher' isn't working. I'm getting always an error message. The fine print says that the voucher is valid for 6 months, and I received it in January when I purchased a Komplete Bundle. So the voucher can't be expired. And the product I want to buy costs 49€, and it’s not a product that is excluded from the discount. What am I doing wrong?

I either never received the actual code or accidentally deleted it. Either way, I will forgo the voucher, as it’s far too complicated and tedious to get in touch with someone from Native Instruments' customer support.
The small amount discount vouchers are not really worth much anyway since all they will get you is a discount on some cheap expansion. Else then since discount codes can not be used for anything already discounted then most everything else you usually can buy cheaper at a sale where stuff is %50 off. N.I. sometimes have voucher codes that will give you a free Kontakt library or are for higher amounts which makes them very usable but the small amount standard vouchers are not very usable.
However then should you want to get your discount code then please contact N.I. Purchase Support .

Would have been a lot easier to try to assess what is the problem if you had told what is the product that you are trying to buy. But the vouchers can not be used for anything that says NKS in top right of page (NKS partner) and can not be used for anything already discounted either. And not for updates , upgrades or bundles either. If you are sure that the product that you want to buy qualifies then be sure that it is the only product in cart at checkout. If that doesn't help either then contact N.I. Purchase Support .

The product I want to buy is the expansion pack 'Street Swarm.' There was no other product in the cart. I will probably have to contact support. Thanks for the tip.

Apparently, there is no support at Native Instruments. I am constantly being referred to this forum. I have no choice but to state my problem here and hope that someone will provide a solution. So, I’ll try again:
- I purchased a Komplete Standard update in January
- with it, I received a personal voucher for €25, valid for 6 months on NI products worth at least €49
- Yesterday, I tried to redeem the voucher when purchasing the expansion 'Street Swarm' for €49, a product that, to my knowledge, is not excluded from the voucher categories
- but when I enter the voucher code 'Your 25 € voucher,' I get the error message 'The voucher code 'Your 25 € voucher' does not exist. Please check the code and try again.'
If someone could tell me what I'm doing wrong, I would be very grateful.

Street Swarm appear to be a qualifying product.
What PK The DJ means is that the text 'Your 25 € voucher,' is not a code in itself but merely a reference to the code that you got somewhere in one of the emails from N.I. (check all the mails and the whole mails)
If you fail to locate the code , even in emails in your email spam folder then contact N.I. Purchase Support .

Thank you for the information. If what I thought was the voucher code is just a placeholder, then I either never received the actual code or accidentally deleted it. Either way, I will forgo the voucher, as it’s far too complicated and tedious to get in touch with someone from Native Instruments' customer support. The link to customer support led me to a page where I had to answer numerous questions. And when I finished answering them, I was supposed to submit everything to be contacted for further questions. At that point, I just lost the motivation to continue.

Yes, that's true. There are promotional offers with better deals if you have the patience to wait, but the €25 voucher is also useful for purchasing expansions. I've already explained my issue to customer service and received my discount code. The processing took about 24 hours. That's fine.
