Why can't I transfer ownership to a product I bought and paid for?

I have several NI products and want to sell my Maschine MK3, because I no longer have any use for it.
After I login to my account to do the transfer, as I've done before, I noticed it say "Full Version, Not transferable".

How do I transfer this to the new buyer/owner?

    I believe the software has to go with the hardware.

    You might need to connect with support on this one.

    Just initiate a License Transfer for your Maschine Mk3 hardware only. The new owner will get a new set of the original bundled software when they register with the Transfer ID. You also get to keep your original bundled software in your account as well.
