Service Center does not exist at least for a decade (or more)!

Uninstall it and use Native Access 2, from here.

Note: If you are still on an "ancient" operating system (such as Windows 7 etc) you should not install Native Access 2, but the legacy Native Access 1, from here:

I have to emphasize this: Only if your system is archaic (MacOS 11 or earlier, Windows 7/8 etc)! On any other case you need to install the newer, Native Access 2.
