Cannot activate Komplete with Machine MK3

I was used MK2 with Machine2 Software.

But after selling it, today I bought a MK3 that was never registered and registered it to my account, but 'Komplete' is not activated.

I know that the latest version of 'Komplete Select' is downloaded, but 'Massive' seems to be an older version as it does not work on my m1 mac.

Is there a way to check if I am not understanding correctly or if there is another problem?
