I had my windows refreshed re installed and had forgotten to tell them to save any maschine mk3 info. When I hooked it back up my maschine wouldn't work. let's me DL native access but computer doesn't see my maschine.

Have you installed the Maschine software from Native Access? Or do you not see the Maschine software inside NA? What version of Windows and Native Access are you running?

I have it all downloaded. it doesn't recognize the maschine micro mk3 anywhere on my PC. I have the order number from me buying it from native instruments, I saved the email.

Check in Task Manager if NI Agents are running in the background. This is something that lately is causing this issue to (now) a lot of users.
