How can I activate Kontakt 5?

Hey!

I have Komplete Ultimate 10 and I'm able to install and use Kontakt 5 via Native Access, but in Logic it seems like its working in a Demo mode and after timeout asks me to activate. When I click the activate button nothing happens 🤔

Can I ask for help? Am I doing something wrong or expecting too much out of my license?

Hello Czajnikowski,

Please note that Guitar Rig 5 is not supported officially on M1 machines. We have a workaround that you can attempt to apply, however please note that we do not offer support for this workaround. 

Kind regards

1. Go to the following location: 
   Macintosh HD > Library > Preferences
2. Delete the "com.native-instruments.Guitar Rig 5.plist" file
   
   
3. Restart your computer
4. Download, install and open NA 3.2.3 via this link:
   https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Q_5vqNiYWnI8zGBZABOKIAqhl4pqppOz/view?usp=share_link
5. Install Guitar Rig 5

Note this user was working with Kontakt 5 - not Guitar Rig 5.
