How to contact Pre-Sales Support?

Newbie here.

Debating whether to buy the Kontrol S88 Mk3 88-key Smart Keyboard Controller.

I’ve read that NI’s support ranges from poor to nonexistent. True?

I’ve read that NI is struggling and may go out of business. True?

I’d like to ask NI some questions about this pricey product. But there appears to be no way to contact Pre-Sales support. True?

    I suppose the right Support section would be Purchase support…and in case they are not fitted because they are expert only in purchases procedures and not in answering your questions about a device, I’m sure they will point you in the right direction of who can answer your questions. I’m sure that being about convincing someone to buy something, they’ll do their best.

    When I visit that page, any question is answered with a list of unhelpful existing articles. Seems I cannot ask a specific question and get a specific answer from NI. Not good. I don't know what to do.
